Some words about us
We sell new and pre-owned electronics by enquiry. There is no cart and no checkout here on purpose: you tell us what you are after, we confirm the condition and the real price, and only then does money change hands.
That suits the stock we carry. Pre-owned equipment varies, and a fixed listing price hides more than it explains. A short conversation gets you the right item at the right price far more often than a buy button does.
Everything used is tested on the bench before it is listed, photographed as it actually looks, and backed by a 30 day shop warranty.
What we really do?
We buy, test and resell consumer electronics, and we source specific items to order. If it is not on the shelf, ask — most weeks we can find it.
Our vision
Second-hand should not mean second best. Properly tested kit, honestly described, ought to be an easy first choice rather than a gamble.
History of the company
We started by repairing what other shops wrote off, and the resale side grew out of it. The testing bench came first and still sets the standard.

What can we do for you?
Message us whenever it suits you. Enquiries that arrive overnight are answered first thing, and nothing sits unanswered for more than one working day.
Every pre-owned item is listed with a condition grade and a written description of its faults and wear, so you know what you are buying before you enquire.
Collection from the shop is same day. Anything posted goes out tracked, and we will tell you the cost up front rather than at the end.
You deal with the person who checked the item over, not a call centre. If something is wrong after it reaches you, we sort it out.
Most of our work comes from people who have bought from us before, or who were sent to us by someone who did.
