How do I buy something?
Send an enquiry from the product page or call us. We confirm availability and price, then arrange collection or delivery.
Why do some items not show a price?
A few pre-owned items are priced case by case depending on condition and what is included. Those show "Price on request" — enquire and we will quote you.
What condition is your used stock in?
It varies, which is why every pre-owned item carries a condition grade and a written description on its product page. What has been done to an item before listing is up to the seller, and anything they have serviced or replaced is noted there.
Do items come with a warranty?
It depends on the item and the seller, so the cover is stated on each product page — check there before you enquire. Brand new stock normally carries whatever warranty the manufacturer provides, and pre-owned cover is set by the seller.
Can you source something not listed?
Often, yes. Stock moves quickly and not everything makes it onto the site. Send us a message with what you are after.
